SCSI AK31 Firmware

Problem description. If you have an Acorn SCSI AKA31 card with older firmware it could be the case that free
gives you only text information under Risc OS 3.11. With the new firmware I retrieved this problem should
be solved. A 27C512 EPROM should be used
